Deeper in Debt

Go deeper and deeper into debt to screw over your opponent in this 1v1 Card Game!

How to play:

1. Click your deck to draw cards to your hand.
Drawing cards costs more money for each card drawn in that turn.

2. Play cards from your hand:
- Income cards will automatically be played to your income pile.
- You can only have 2 income cards active at a time
- Income cards can be removed by random events
- Collectable cards can be played on either your, or the enemy's field
- Collectables provide Happiness, which improves the money
you gain from your income pile.
- Having 3 of the same Collectable Category, however, will
remove the Happiness, and give you and addiction card
- Addiction cards provide negative Happiness, and other debuffs.

3. Click the closed Event Deck to end your turn.
- You will receive an event which is displayed beneath the event deck

4. When the Event Deck is depleted, the player with the least debt wins!

Stats:
- Housing, Electricity, Internet & Travel:
- Provide negative income.

- Illegal:
- If the Popo event is played while you have points in Illegal,
you will be fined, and thus gain more debt.

- Happiness:
- Improves the amount of money you gain from income cards
- (Negative debt is positive money!)


Hotkeys:
- ESC to close the game

We implemented as much as we could, but sadly couldn't do everything we wanted :(
