Help our rookie doctor to perform his first Shrunken surgery to remove the patient’s tumor inside his stomach. As you go deeper and deeper, watch out for any obstacles within the human anatomy.

- Fullscreen causes the UI to break a bit.
- The hitboxes in level 3 don't work properly if the enemy is too close to you/
- If you die in level 3, after trying again, you will skip to level 4 after the dialog.

Known issues and bugs: 🕷️
- A typo in level 1. It says to use W and D instead of A and D.- Fullscreen causes the UI to break a bit.
- The hitboxes in level 3 don't work properly if the enemy is too close to you/
