There is a a tutorial

Your goal is to reach the exit on each level and avoid being shot by enemies.

How enemies work: when you enter a range near an enemy, it will spot you and slowly rotate its turret toward you. You must break line of sight before it points at you or it will shoot and kill you.

Running into enemies will stun them for 5 (five) seconds. Once stunned, they cannot be stunned again for a brief time (you cannot stun-lock them).

Shop Items:

* Repair: Repairs your drillhead so you can mine again
* Haste: Increases damage done to blocks with each hit, increasing your mining speed
* Fuel: Fills your fuel tank completely

Known Issues:

---
* Enemies may spawn on top of you
* Enemies may spawn directly in front of you
* Exit *might* generate in a unreachable place (should be rare)
* Enemies can shoot through tiny gaps (partially broken blocks)
* Enemies appear to shoot through solid objects (should be rare)

The motion of the drill felt good, and I love the style of the art! Had a lot of fun, and managed to find a consistent strategy to avoid being shot (apart when one spawned near me at the beginning). :v: Well done and congratulations :smile:

the tank enemies felt a little bit unfair, sometimes they would just shoot me through the wall, and other times they spawned right next to my pod. But otherwise its a cool game.

Consistent artstyle, movement felt good (though, I did get stuck a lot), particularly around the spawn.

I didn't get any audio. Is there no audio, or did something get screwed up on my end?

Cool game, pretty awesome :) Love the controls. Work on collision maybe, since as mention, shoot through the walls.

I like this a lot. There's just something very satisfying about driving around in a drilling machine, and the aesthetic is perfect.

There's lots of cool stuff in this game! I really liked the art, particularly the drilling animations. I eventually got cornered in the second level and died super hard.

I had some trouble finding the exit. Maybe some way of hinting at the direction to look for it would help?

Fun game, with a lot of content ! But I think there is a bug, half my games ended immediately because an enemy spawned right next to me, or shot me through a wall. But other than that the game is quite fun, and the graphics work really well !

I feel like the controls are pretty good, I only feel like tanks are op (shoot through walls and also saw some spawn next to me at the beginning of the level)

The game works and plays well, and I had fun playing it. It really needs some music and sound effects, but okay it's a compo game. Well done.
