This was nice. The splash animation at the beginning was cool and the music complemented the contemplative mood. If I could give any feedback, I would say it would've been nice to have more clicks with choices instead of just progressing the internal monologue, but I understand that is just more work/writing. Otherwise, great job on this. After two runs, it's clear that I need to call my friends. :stuck_out_tongue:

Ok, I came back to this, and it's really sweet! It's an interesting take on the theme, and I like the "metaphorical" graphics. I also appreciate the simple sounds. And playing the game is almost like a therapeutic experience, haha.

...I guess I should call my friends. :)

Nice game. The Interactions were very clear and intuitive and the metaphorical falling animation added to the experience. I also enjoyed the narration, but it kind of felt like it ended a bit to abrupt. I
know from having tried to have text in my entries some years that it can be really hard to produce it though. But even if the phone call were mostly some "..." back and forth interspersed with some generic phrases. I think, that for me it would have been a bit more well paced and perhaps end with hanging up and getting a final closing remark option.

@local-minimum Thanks a lot for the kind feedback. I certainly appreciate the tips on pacing the dialog. I agree that adding some "..." pauses would help a lot, and I didn't know how to create this effect on the player at that time. I will take this into account if I do more games centered around dialog!

Very neat! I was expecting a much darker pondering, so it was nice to see that the character's thoughts ended up positive. Very wholesome and nice :)

Nice, a game that will call grandma so I don't have to. Funny thing, she called me 20 minutes after I played this. And I didn't hear from her in two weeks. Coincidence? Definitely.

But very nice project, low interactivity yet it doesn't ask for much of player's time.

This did put a smile on my face. Played through a few scenarios and decided I'll call a friend tomorrow. Thanks :)

Well written. I played two times. First time I got a wholesome ending. The other time I forced a sad one.

Contemplative and clever! I tried out a few different paths and I can see how the game really captures the feeling of thoughts going in circles, swinging back and forth between despair and glimpses of hope, and the challenge to find a positive perspective on life even under draining circumstances. I also like how this is reflected in the loop-like structure of the story. To me, the uplifting message here is: there *is* a way out of your rut, at least temporarily, and communicating with friends and family plays a big part in this. Well done! @erkberg would love this :)

nice little game, I went down 3 different roads, call friends, call mum and the sad ending. would be nice if there was more text during the phone calls but I understand this is a small and contemplative game, well done

Great game! Really like the "deeper in thoughts" approach, and the art is amazing. Interesting twist in one of the ending.

I think it could be nice (with more time, of course) for the background and music to change with the tone and deepness of the thoughts.
