My entry for LD48! This started as a twin-stick dungeon crawler but there were a lot of hiccups with UE4 which led to the more arcade-y experience. So, doesn't exactly fit the theme but here we are.

Created in Unreal Engine 4.

HOW TO PLAY:
Download the zip file attached and run LD48.exe.

CONTROLS:
For the best experience, play as a twin-stick shooter with a USB Xbox controller.

Keyboard: WASD to move, arrow keys to shoot.

Nice game! Pretty satisfying when you start shooting really fast. The direction of shooting is too random, though, and makes it very hard to aim precisely. Maybe a larger game map would be more fun as well, with some features on it (e.g. obstacles and stuff). Anyways, fun game, good job!

I think it came together as a decent twin stick shooter. My suggestion would be to have the camera zoom out a little so you can see more of the map. You're so close to the character it's hard to see what's near you. Also a larger map might be a good idea too.
