Not Really Righting Reflex

It is really fun game.

Pros:
- nice pixelart graphics
- fun concept
- nice cat :D
- very responsive control

Cons:
- Alt + F4 - in game menu should be placed :)

Adorable! I really like the sprites and it is a very clean/straightforward concept! The music stopped playing early on unfortunately and I maybe would have liked to see it ramp up in difficulty but it's a solid game. Also, we both made cute, "retro" cat games :D

Super cute game. I love cats so I had to play it. Congrats on making your first completed game, you did great! Doing so for a game jam like this is even more impressive!

I loved the art style, but I think a little animation would have been good. Also the music didn't loop for me, but it was nice while it lasted.

I'm not sure what it means when my hearts turn blue. I thought it was the shield, but my hearts seemed to switch randomly between blue and red.

Hey! Well done on your first attempt. I don't know if this is intentional, but the music didn't loop for me. It was just silent at some point.

@poorwill this seems lika some kind of bug, thanks for feedback, even if we don't fix it here, it will be helpful next time :D

@nomppie About the blue hearts, shield was the premise, but when merged together UI and the rest of the scene, it broke for some reason and we had no time already to try and fix it

Awesome game! It's really impressive since it's Your first game ever. I love the sprites, especially that of a spider. Also, the music is really fitting and super catchy!

Cute cat :). Nice graphics. Everything runs smoothly.

I really enjoyed the fact that you are CAT exploring a dungeon. The gameplay was good. It was a little repetitive, so maybe you could increase the speed the farther down you get? If you did have the speed increasing, it wasn't enough for me to notice. Also, there are some obstacles that are the same color as the background. I think if these obstacles were made a different color it would be easier to identify. Other than that really good job!!!

Almost forgot... I think the music cuts out after you play for a while.

@melon-spirit Yeah, there is a problem with music, but i think we won't be touching that already. Also speed increasing is technically there, but there is no trigger for it, and we removed option to manually do so from final release

Simple and pretty. Quite original

Nice game, simple but fun.

Very simple yet enjoyable game. Cat was perfect, audio was good, but then just stopped and later was only silence. It would also be good if graphic got darker after some time, as it gets really repetitive. Overall, it has lots of potential.
