I really like games made in pico8. And this is definitely a great game done in pico8. Simple graphics with well-crafted music. Physics is very well placed. This game deserved to be in a higher score, for sure! I was very willing to reach the end of the game. Really much! But then I found out how bad your heart is. VERY BAD!

After 30 minutes trying to get out of this level I gave up. I turned off the game crying blood.
