Year 2025. Communism has disappeared on Earth. The last loyal communist is hiding along with his dead spiritual leader. That communist is Razumovsky Egor Dmitrievich, a brilliant scientist who studies time travel. He plans to go back in time and save his ideology, going deeper and deeper into the past...

Hello, it's our first Ludum Dare game! Original idea was to make three levels in different time periods, but well, here's at least one of them. We had a blast while making this game and got a lot of experience from it. Don't take the game's theme seriously, it was just a dumb idea with an easy setting that was fun to make, no politics involved :)

NOTE: Sometimes workers in the last zone get stuck and don't really want to work in a communist society, just gently push them or throw your sickle at them to help them remember their true life purpose.

High quality game, would really love to see what would be possible, if the project was continued. Humor is great, at least for me(I`am Polish, so the soviet theme hits hard). Really good graphics too. Sadly it takes forever to fight the capitaloraptors. Otherwise great.

At the end of the game, one of the guys just stood there, leaning against another guy without mining the stone. Because of him, I couldn't see the end. :pensive:

Fun game, the raptors are annoying but killable if you draw them away from the pack. Nice humor.

Totally 5/5 for humor :grin: Nice design and the raptor in a monocle really takes the cake! Everything worked well and shooting my sickle at the enemies felt satisfying.

I didn't like the music much, but that may be just me.

I experienced a strange bug. In the last area, I was fighting a small raptor, I didn't even defeat the boss yet (although I took a few pot shots at him with my sickle) and didn't lay my propaganda on anyone. But I just suddenly got a victory screen. Was my inner communism just so strong :laughing:?

Such a fun and weird game, an impressive work for 2 developpers, great graphics too. Dont take this game's theme too seriously and you'll find a solid entry.

This game is absolutely beautiful. I had a very damn good laugh and loved destroying capitalist raptors.

Honestly, more focus on destroying communist dinosaurs is what we need, and maybe an easier time recruiting people to your cause after they've just seen your prowess! Who wouldn't want to join the guy who just beat some dinosaur in with a hammer and sickle.

"My address is not my house, my address is soviet union!". I destroyed the capitalism as "Soviet Serious Sam" and killed évery capitalistic dinosaur on my path. I wish you would add some capitalistic puzzles to solve, like in portal or talos :D

Hey! Thanks for rating my game, yours is hilarious xD, very nice models and textures, easy to understand. The final battle was very easy but it's understandable because of the deadline.

@gamedevtraum Actually you're supposed to battle boss by recruiting workers, but there's a bug that lets just outright kill him with sickles if you want so :D Now there's multiple ways to get trough the game, i suppose, brute path and charisma path.
