As the summary and screenshots suggest, this game takes place in a virtual desktop environment. Somehow, some way, your PC has been infected with ransomware! Your mission is to get your files back by any means necessary.
WHAT DO I DO?
- Keys to unlock your encrypted files have manifested within the depths of your filesystem. Your goal is to collect enough of these keys to get your files back! Beware of the *Walker*, a man who will run across the screen to take your keys away.
TO STREAMERS:
- This game displays contents from your computer, so please be cautious.
KNOWN ISSUES/QUIRKS:
- UI is a little bit janky sometimes. 70% of the effort involved with making this game was the UI.
- The start menu doesn't do anything.
- The filesystem mechanics just don't work for some people. Check the comments for a solution.
