Looks like classic sega game
Unfortunately the physics feels a bit glitchy at first, also it wasn't clear to me that you can do wall-jumps and sometimes the spear gets lost somewhere, although I like the idea that you always have to pick it up to go on.
I think you probably should've concentrated on the main player gameplay more rather than creating all these UIs for settings and so on =) But overall good job!
