Alchemy Academy

Fun game! Enjoyed the graphics and the dialogue from the teacher. Good amount of variations in the voice lines aswell. I had some issues picking up the items from time to time, i think the grabbing mechanic could be a bit more generous, but overall a good project!

Voice acting was awesome and the art style really set a nice mood for the game. Gameplay was simple enough to quickly pick up and fast enough to feel the unstable theme

Had a couple of small issues where I would drop what was asked in, but it seemed to think I had put in something else. Salt was a bit tricky to use as well, at least compared to how easy it was to register the action compared to the others.

Really fun though - enjoyed it and can see a lot of effort went into it - nice work! :D

haha teacher is toxic, but the game is funny. i've got some voiceovers playing at the same time, it was confusing

HIGH FIVE! A very interesting game, meanwhile the teacher's voice is vivid. Sometimes I just couldn't add things to the pot correctly.

Thanks to everyone who's played our game so far! I think I've identified the issue with dropping things into the cauldron sometimes, the drop won't get registered properly if you're inside the drop hitbox when you hit drop. It's an unfortunate bug that we should have caught but for the benefit of anyone playing it for the first time it's a good idea to drop things into the cauldron from a bit of height above it. Thanks to everyone again!

This game is so cool ! Sometimes it's hard to know what to do but i reached the less than 5 seconds actions before losing :D Great work and made with godot i like it ! :blue_heart:

Had a lot of fun with this one! The teacher's voice really carries it, including him just yelling "WRONG!" at you. Graphics were nice too - reminded me of Reigns.

Oh man this is great. The high five especially. Things are getting faster, I have to rush every step. "More salt! Quickly" "Hurry up with the newt!!" ... "hiiigh fiiive" ... "Turn down the heat, now!" Hilarious.

The graphics are fantastic, especially the alchemist. And my god, I'm a big fan of the voice acting. Great work all around!

Haha this was pretty fun. And great sound and voice acting. It got pretty frantic when things started going faster. This was a good idea for the theme, and well executed.

I love the style and the voice acting - it really brings out the most incompetent student in me!

Thank you for this. I had such a fun time. What I liked most was the voice acting but everything was great. And with that high score you implemented I have the ambition to play it over and over. High five!
