Made in three days for my first ludum dare jam ! In this game with the theme "unstable" you collect coins on a wobbly platform ! You can drag and drop boxes from a reserve to create new floors for you to stand on !

This game was made in a hurry, but it should be playable (as far as jam games are) ;) It also has a fully fledged random level generator

Fun idea. If you could continue dragging the blocks outside of the box until you let go of them, I think that'd make the game feel a lot better.

I like this game, the concept is really good. And I found a trick, You can put the box on one side and let the other side tilt up, and then jump up from the tilted side to reach the goal ;P. Anyway its fun and i hope there will be more levels.

Interesting idea. I had a hard time controlling the blocks and drag them to the platform. Whenever I got them out of their container, I couldn't control them anymore. Not sure if it is intended to be like that or it is a bug. Besides that good job :thumbsup:

@rocketcat241 Thanks for playing man! Glad you enjoyed it. The concept of letting the boxes freefall when entering the central zone is conciously designed. When this mechanic wasn't implemented yet the player could go on a box and drag it to the coin which felt a bit broken :P

@dcy11011 Hey, glad you liked it :p It is indeed a feature available for the more astute players
There are a lot more levels available to play that are generated randomly (something like 1.5e7 bar configurations and between 1 and 7 blocks chosen from 2e4 configurations)

@yotamco Hey, glad you liked the game ! Yes, letting the blocks drop whenever entering the central area is a feature. Before that you could just jump onto a platform and drag yourself to the coin and it felt a bit broken hehe

Great take on the theme! So at first I kept trying to take the blocks out and they'd just fly across the screen? Which honestly was entertaining in and of itself but I did figure out how to take them out "gently" lol. I had fun and I hope you keep making games!

Great premise, even when I realized how to drag the blocks, it's really hard. I think it's intentional, but you gotta be on a level of zen to complete that last stage (I couldn't lol.)

Funny idea! Somehow managed to finish level 1-3. 4 is ultra hard but fun nonetheless! The boxes are a bit too bouncy. But I like the game idea and it matches the theme perfectly! Good Job!

I really like the spin on the balancing game, but it took me some time to figure out how to move the boxes without letting them go crazy. Overall nice idea!

I think, there is physics issues (and with the sound of collision, this is a real cacophony !)

Good game even if it was made in a hurry ahah. It take me a while to understand that I had to pass the box over and drop them on the platform. Very fun to play !
