NOTE: Made some post game jam fixes
- game was not starting properly if player joins an existing server. Fixed this
- game was not respawning objects in areas that were previously cleared upon restarting game. Fixed this
- removed motion blur
- minor optimisation to improve frame rates
- if you move too quickly previously, effects of equipment that are picked up are not reflected immediately due to network delays. Made this more responsive through checking on clientside.
