Ice Pop!

I love the little penguins. Very cute. Sometimes they run against walls and there is no chance to get them where you want because you can't get behind them. It's a bit frustrating. Otherwise the penguin chasing is works surprisingly well though. I wouldn't say that it was able keep me interested for very long but everything worked as intended ( aside from health. I don't know if you are able to die if you get hit too often). The music is nice and the mix between 3d voxel art and sprites is always great.

You had me with the graphics. Could use some way to get through the enemies, or you can easily get stuck

This is a cute game! The audio is amazing and I love the art, very well done. I think my biggest recommendation is to work on the gameplay itself since I got stuck on the elevator a lot once little creatures cornered me in the small space haha. Maybe if you could pick up and throw the penguins it would add another fun element to the game. Overall this was a great submission and very impressive for such a short development time!

The artwork is awesome, I really enjoyed messing around with the penguins and enemies. I couldn't tell if I could die or fall off the cliffs but I had a lot of fun. I couldn't get the penguins to go to the goal platform but still had fun messing around in the world.

Very cute idea, sprites reminded me of pokemon style :D

Very cute graphics. Game felt a little awkward at times I guess hearding Penguins would be difficult. Felt like I was trying to her suicidal penguins the amount they seemed to want to yeet themself off the level. Was a fun enjoy little game overall.

Super cute and awesome graphics! Fun gameplay and I like the music. Really impressive for a game jam game!
Two suggestions for improvements: Get rid of the timer, its just unnecessary and stressful. Sometimes the enemies pushed me into a corner and I couldn't get away and had to restart the game 😅

very cute guys! navigating was pretty enjoyable!however I got stuck in some corners maybe you can fix that :)

Loved the characters and music.

The music is really good and art is nice too. Only problem is the enemies with collliders. I got softlocked when enemies pushed me into a wall and I had to start over.

This was super cute! It took me way too long to realize that I was trying to shepherd the penguins into the blue square. I guess the signal wasn't strong enough for me? I entirely forgot what the LD page told me when I loaded in :p

After that I had fun though! All the little enemies and penguins were funny.

@hawkin Thanks for your input! I originally wanted to add a tutorial section but didn't have enough time for it haha. Glad you eventually figured it out though!

Lovely art style and fun gameplay. Also, the music worked nicely with it. One idea I did have while playing, is it may be worth introducing an indicator as to where the blue square is on starting the level, as it will allow the player to start herding penguins a little faster, without needing to explore the area first and then backtrack. Overall this was a really cool idea, and I thoroughly enjoyed it :)

@essarrgee I know how it is! I've only done 3 jams so far, but there always seems to be something that just falls out of "perfection" hehe

Aside from that, your game was pretty polished! Be proud!

The pixel art is very pretty and the gameplay is nice once you get the hang of it, I didn't know what to do once I got chased by an angry penguin, I think it would have been cool if u could make them bump into trees and explode like the others

I liked the art and the music added a lot to the atmosphere. These two meshed nicely. The gameplay is fun as well :) Having to guide the penguins instead of picking them up and placing them in the designated spot adds a lot to the challenge, especially when you're being followed around by enemies.

Nice art style with the pixel art 3d graphics. But I would have liked to see some difference between the levels. All in all a nice game, well done!

Graphics/ Art are really nice. I needed some time to understand the idea, but after that it made a lot of fun.
