Joined the Jam pretty spontaneously, so I didn't have a lot of time. However, the theme immediately reminded me of games like Jump King or Getting over it where you constantly fight against the janky controls and are always on the brink of losing all your progress. So, here is my take on the genre:
In Launch Yourself you have to utilize the recoil of your rocket launcher to move forward. Can you reach the top?
