14 minutes left to the start and I'm joining.

Fun entry, and pretty challenging, I didn't understand I had to catch the yellow guys first, but in the end I got 9, not sure if that is good :D

Fun game! Its really hard though. Nice main mechanic. 8/10 good entry!

Simple controls. Simple graphics(But really smooth, so perfect).. sounds good.

I really like the artwork and game design. But my kid kept blocking me :P

I had trouble at first to understand what to do with the humans and the robot, but it was fun nonetheless!

This was super unique and a neat take on the theme! Good design choices with art, music, and sound effects. I would have liked a bit more visual player feedback, like some sort of "hurt" animation, but I also understand the time constraints! Great work and keep making games!

@pixelydian the time constraints (and my lack of coding experience) were responsible for cutting 90% of the features, art and polish I've planned for it, lol. Thanks for the comment, I really apreciate that!

It could be much better if we knew more about the kid and his dad and those yellow shirt guys who we have to save; but overall nice job, pretty innovative and quite simple to play. BTW to hell with this kid not only did he want to eat me as his dad but he also blocked my way when I wanted to move in the other direction :laughing:

@darsa I've actually wrote a storyline for them, but I took a second look and thought: no way I'll have time to make any intro/cutscene. I know how slow I code. lmao Thanks, I really apreciate the comment and feedback! :D

Good base for a game. It kind of reminded me of Plants vs Zombies with the different lanes. I also liked how sometimes enemies came from behind you instead of just to the right. One small improvement is to add some screenshake and other juice when getting hit and collecting the yellow shirt guys. I think that could really help the game feel. Congrats on finishing your game!

I like it. The hit boxes are retro game big. The graphics are lit. I think the gameplay twist between night and day is a fun idea. I learned that having a werewolf for a child is a rough life.

@khaotom the hitboxes are fairly smaller than the sprites, even when the boy turns into a huge werewolf, he keeps a small hitbox and EVEN SO I also felt like I was being hit by bullets unfairly. lmao Thanks for the feedback!

Awesome game! I especially enjoyed the werewolf rampages haha. It was a little difficult telling where my hitbox was and I got hit a few times when I didn't expect to, but it was a really cool game and pretty fun. Nice job!

Fun game! Really hard too, I think my high-score was 5 and I had a fair number of runs. Just wish the robot hit boxes were a little bit more forgiving, I lost so many times because I misjudged their size :smile: Great job!

Nice concept, it really fit the theme with this chaotic battlefield trapped between a werewolf and robots.

I did't get that we have to save yellow guys the firsts times (but after read the description, I did it)
I like the animation while kid yelling
Maybe sometimes it's annoying to be blocked by kid (on day)

Even making the hitbox as small as I could (eg the kid and his big werewolf form has the same hitbox) I also felt like it was easy to get hit/blocked. Thats the kind of thing that only playtesting can fix, which is TOUGH in such a short time. hahah
I'll play everyonelses game soon!

Cool game. I really liked the simplicity that your game has. It's pretty fun.

The graphics are simple yet functional. It's like a junction of Atari and NES games. Very nice.

The sound is interesting, the "8-bit ringtones" were very well used, as well as the background music very pleasant.

Gameplay is also simple and functional. It is very easy to understand what should be done, even because it is a simple objective. The gameplay is easy to understand, makes the game a lot of fun.

Overall, your game was interesting. Good job!
