Cute little game! The bounce on impact between the trunk segments makes it pretty difficult. Maybe I just suck but after a number of attempts, I only got to 12 segments, haha. Really digging the music. Congrats!

I only got to 8. Really fun game. I could play that all day. Really relaxing. I was playing it instead of doing work. Nice music too.

This was great. It's the kind of game I need to play at lunch after a stressful meeting. And just listening to the music and watching the leaves sway in the breeze and the trunk hover back and forth, it's easy to zone out and relax, which is one of the best parts about chill games like this.

Really tranquil and smooth. I liked how the direction the segments were moving before the drop actually affected how they landed and connected, and I liked how the lower segments became more stable/glued together after a while, so that little instabilities lower down didn't kill the whole thing. The music was funky and fun, too. 16 trunks was my best tree. Nice work.

Pretty neat little box stacking game! I've seen one very similar entry that also involved building a tower with the exact same box-moving-back-and-forth mechanic, but this one is drastically different, which is super cool!

I particularly like the chill vibe this game has. It is essentially an arcade game, but it doesn't feel fast paced at all. It truly feels like the game is being honest when it tells you "Nice job!" after stacking only a single trunk. It's as though the game is embodying a sort of unwavering kind-heartedness. That's great, in my opinion. I think the music really works well for that.

At first I thought the game might benefit from having a slightly faster pace, but now that I'm writing this I don't think that's true. I went back and played it a bit more and I think the pace does work pretty well. And, when I sort of relaxed a bit more, I got my highest score yet (12 trunks), so that's neat.

Overall, this is a great take on the tower-building ... genre, or whatever it might be called. :smile:

This was a simple but absolutely fun game loop! From a few entries I've played, I've learned that starting with a solid loop (rather than an interesting idea) can yield a much more playable and fun result than trying to wedge that loop in later.

Smart to limit the range of the starting block, or I would have bumped up against the side ;) One trick I did end up using was leveling a pencil against the screen, to let me know when to drop the next block. I got a pretty nice trunk from that, but ended up underestimating a larger block that toppled off :)

Great job with the music, too! Pleasant and lovely. Enjoyed listening to it the entire time. And even though the graphics were simple, I liked the way you used the leaves to add a bit of variety and life to it.
