In a world where the death penalty does not exist anymore the world knows a wave of criminality. One of these criminals stands out more than the others by his genius and his abilty to manipulate the others. His name is MARK ZARKOV. But one day a mad scientist stepped out of the shadows and proposed a pact with the government. The pact consist in transforming the criminal into a monster without conscience kindly obeying the government. Of course the government accepted. At the same time the famous criminal Mark Zarkov was captured by the government. They had all the resources necessary to transform him into a monster. They succeeded in transforming him into a monster after 3 months of effort, but his consciousness was so strong that he kept it even in his monster body.
