Something is off about this reality you are thrust into. Subtle clues to how the world works are there if you search for them, but the stakes are high. Clearly you only get one shot at this. Keep your paranoia down by searching items for meds. Tired of hitting traps and spiking your fear? Leave some for those pesky other versions of yourself. Remember. You are alone, but only in theory.

If you figure it out, you can come back time and again and make the game more... interesting... for the other players. We had a blast building the API and database framework for this game and excited to see how players have fun with this dynamic.

Very cool approach to the one life system! I really enjoyed the spooky atmosphere. I definitely jumped the first time I searched a drawer

Working on getting a web version up for those having trouble, since it has to have web connection to start windows may be blocking it first run on some systems.

I made it out, guess I lived. Not sure what is going on, but I love the atmosphere. Cool music and sfx. I just wish it was a little less dark, there are times when I don't know where to go because it was pitch black. The whole persistent world thing is really neat, but I didn't see any indication of running into any traps, but cool idea.

@tinykidtoo Nice! Yeah, only about a dozen people have had a go so far, so not many traps set. But hey, you made it out you can always go back in and leave some "surprises" for the other players ;-)

had some people tell me they are having issues with non rtx supporting video cards, we will try and diagnose and post a more stable build ASAP

- Music is very loud (no control at least not on the first screen).
- Fullscreen is kinda bad lol. Make it windowed at least

@3mpty Try putting a country code in front of it, and next time I would change this mechanic to maybe allow electronic mail as alternate.

This is a really interesting, unique idea! Unfortunately I didn't manage to make it far. I was careless in thinking that you could lower your paranoia more than once from the same spot.

Game freezed when starting for a good 20 seconds or so, but it started eventually. Might be related to the crashes others mention.
Entered phone number but nothing happens.
I'll check this game another day, hoping for a patch or workaround. The idea is just too promising.

SUPER COOL concept! Love the ingenuity. Sound effects were a little loud and I would have liked a little more visual feedback on if I got an item that helps my paranoia. But other than that it was very spooky and the paranoia effect did actually make me feel more paranoid as I played lol. Would love to see an expanded version of this game.

Your game is way different than the one we made. I loved the feeling you transmitted with bringing in permadeath and the paranoia, well it was a real deal. I liked how you played with the gambling aspect. Nice one.
