Try and stay on the raft, and hold on to your stuff! Physics sim of a raft on the ocean with wind, rain, ocean swell and a day/night cycle. Made with Love and Coffee by Bee
Overall a fun game. I think there were problems with collision detection. Some of my stuff fell off the raft and sunk, the rest just hung out on top of the water and I got stuck on hay bails a lot. Cool game though
Intresting idea, would definetly work as a core gameplay loop with some refinement!
Some bugs happened like the stuff fell thru the boat as i restarted. Also, the distance meter is not very informative, would be easier if there was some way to tell the distance traveled? or perhaps make it a larger number that ticks down faster?
Great concept and basically fun. I wanted more verbs (more agency) than I had, especially because I seemed to be "floating" and unable to jump at times. Great look and nice physics.
The idea is not bad but overall there is not a lot to do :( I literally did not moved and arrived at the end with everything, some things could be improved here. Good job anyway!
Intersting game! It would be interesting if you added some progession that made the waves bigger and bigger as you went on. Nice physics, overall lovely submission, nice work!
I liked the sound of the waves and the fact that the sky changes according to the time of day, very nice! overall, I was able to stand in the middle without doing anything and just stand there until the game was over; maybe increasing the difficulty would help. the collision detector wasn't the best, there was a point i couldn't jump cause i was next to a carton on the boat. It would definitely help to spice it up.
Good game! I really enjoyed the sound design of the ocean waves so well done! Wasn't a huge amount to do while on the raft, stuck to the theme very well.
Good ambiance being out on the ocean! The balance aspect is really easy to manage, and restarting the game should reset the raft position as it is possible to get stuck forever. A lot more can be done to make this interesting!
Very short but cute game. I like the use of physics for applying the theme. Character is a bit floaty though, making the game a little easy. Still, good job!
Thanks so much for all the positive comments peeps! :tada: It was fun to make and I may take a post-jam pass at it and see if I can put more fun in. but also more beauty as I would quite like to evolve it into a cosy game about sailing. Let's see! TY for jamming!

Fun game, but a bit one note, perhaps some challenges during the journey to spice thing up would be fun. In any case, good job!
Nice work overall!
Cute game, it's been fun :)
