Really nice game with impressive art and pretty fun gameplay!

I laughed out loud several times. Cute and fun. Played it more times than I intended.

Fun game!
The art and music fit well (would have been nice if the music loop was a little longer. It seems very repetitive.)
The scoring system adds a lot of pressure to the movement which in itself is already quite challenging.

This is great! I love all the crazy poses your human ends up in :D

it's really fun! simple but extremely fun! i think the music should be more "riding", like jaxi from super mario odyssey or the horse race theme from ocarina of time, but i really like it overall
i haven't said that the art is wonderful.

I MADE IT ON THE LEADERBOARD! I'm Sophia with 15 points. Really fun game. At first I didn't understand the controls but then I looked at you description on the Ludum Dare website and I figured it out. I think it was a nice interpretation of the un-stable theme and that the physics concept was unique. Good job!

This was so much fun, I really enjoyed it! The leader board 100% made this game so much better. I was just sat here trying to get a better and better score to get to a decent position on the leaderboard. Ended with a score of 23 which put me in 7th place! but might play some more later.

Great game! Despite the theme the physics were rock solid, even with high speeds and crazy jumps the grabbing just _works_. Had to grind to just barely get to the leaderboard :D

This was a lot of fun, I disliked the the control layout but it wasn't a big deal. Nice work.

Really funny game! Swinging from horse to horse was quite entertaining. But FYI the Z/X input scheme is really bad for non QWERTY keyboards.

Fun little game, got me replaying it a couple of times. Reminds me a bit of a cross between QWOP and mount your friends

The leaderboard was a really smart move because here I sit, after so many "one more round"s, finally at the very bottom of the leaderboard (though let's see for how long) xD Very fun game that I could keep playing all night. The graphics and music are also delightful!

It's so fun to play! The graphic is really beautiful. The music is cool, but it gets a little bit repetitive after a while, specially because you die and you want to retry over and over again. The horse's cry is hilarious! Mechanic is very unique and somehow difficult to get. My mind went crazy trying to rember wich finger I should release for hands or foots. That is a good thing because it makes the game simple to learn yet hard to master. You guys made an awesome job! I'm saving this game on fav so I can try a better score latter.

Really nice game! Very well crafted in every respect. I really got into a rhythm with the gymnastics of it, had to go for a high score! The online leaderboard was a very nice touch

I think this game demonstrates why I don't ride horses: no one would ever let me grab medals with my butt while hanging on to the horse's thigh with one hand. 😆 This is pure entertainment right here.

@peace-of-cake-games I've tried riding a horse a few times. I think a trained horse is actually much easier to ride than the ones in our game :horse_racing: But I didn't dare tring to grab medals while doing it. Maybe if I had my own horse... :thinking:

This is definitely the best game I have played so far. Everything was so well done, from the music, sfx, visuals and gameplay.

If I am super picky, more SFX would be nice, like galloping, random horse sound effects to make the experience more lively, etc.

I commend the game for its amazing ragdoll physics and animation (both for the horse and the person). It looks and feels very nice. The overall visuals of the game looks really good, and it is fitting with the tone and mood.

I wanted to complain that the game is too difficult, but I am seeing that everyone is getting really high scores, so maybe I just suck.

I agree with @marvin-chong that the lowest-hanging fruit for improvement would have been sound effects, although unfortunately this is a theme where getting sound effects that would fit (like horse clopping) might be difficult.

The gameplay is fun and hilarious, although it did seem like you could get lucky or find a weird strategy that makes you do better. I found grabbing the tip of the horse's tail and then just spinning as fast as possible can get you 30 points or so if you get lucky.

It might be nice if the hands and feet grabbed as one unit, rather than two, since getting unlucky and having your hands grab when they're spread apart completely cripples your movement/reach until you reposition.
