This was a lot of fun! The graphics were really charming, and the gameplay scaled in difficulty fairly well and kept me entertained the entire time. My only critique is that the game started almost immediately before I had a chance to figure out what all the units were, but other than that it was a good entry.

This game is soooo fun and addictive, I really liked the art style, and the music complements the game really well.... This game feels so polished for example when I tried to place a tower over a turtle I got a red X instead of a tower which already shows how polished this game is, anyways funny idea, good game !

I loved the fun take on PvZ! The graphics and sound was great and the whole game felt very polished! I almost made it past wave 10 but I made a mistake and placed the wrong tower =( Great job!

Cool and cute take on Plants v Zombies. It's polished and complete, and has a whole system down. You captured the PvZ feel well and it was actually fun and engaging, just right until the enemies storm a side and there's not really much you can do about it unfortunately. But well done and fantastic work.

Very fun game! if anything the castle that's there since the beggining doesn't allow to make a full catapult formation so the game becomes placing barriers on that lane only but it's really fun to play, and both the graphics and sounds are great, congrats (:

Loved the sandcastles breaking down when they were attacked.

Graphics are cute.

The first time I played it bugged out after wave 3 and no more enemies came. After I restarted I made it to wave 6.

Thank you for giving me a way to turn off the sound, because it was super loud for me!

The graphics on here are amazing. The music sets the mood and the intensity ramping is great. At first, when I saw the title and thumbnail I thought maybe we'd be protecting sea turtles but instead we're attacking them to defend our sand castles. Oh heck. :P Well done though, making something feel as complete as that during a game jam is hard and you pulled it off well.

i thought the graphics were really cute! and i thought the chill beach vibes were really great!

i didn't find it particularly difficult, i was able to build an unstoppable wall of sandapults after the first few rounds and i didn't have to do much of anything after that.

This is a really fun game. The difficulty curve could use a little work (see the comment by @zachsbutt) but that's not a big deal in a game jam. The two tweaks I would make are to turn down volume of the sand pickup sound effect and add a way to remove buildings you no longer want. Overall a really fun concept and execution of the theme.
