So... this didn't go well!
I first started out with a cool idea which I'd like to actualy do at some point. But then, hell started (funny because my game was related to hell), which almost caused me to give up this jam. But suddenly, Sunday - today at time of writing - around miday, an idea popped into my head which was worth the try. The problem was time - in my timezone, it ends Monday at 2a.m. As I have dinner at 7p.m. and then don't touch my PC. That gave me about 6 hours to make a game - and with my lack of experience, that unfortunately wasn't the reality. But still, it was a whole lot of fun.
So, why am I publishing an unfinished game you might ask.
Two reasons:
- to give feedback to all the amazing games;
- to receive feedback.
This said, the actual game...
Delay the inevitable... Breakout... Breakoff!
A breakout like game, but instead of trying to clear the level, you try to clear as much of the level as you can before your ball breaks. A fun idea, a fun little simple game.
On the itch.io page you can find the game as it currently stands. Don't go play it if you want to play a fun game. Go play it if you want to tell me something I could've done better. Any suggestion, really anything, please say it in the comments (preferably in here, not on itch.io).
