Cool! Apart from the one time I spawned inside a barrier it was pretty easy! the slowing down is such a hack I love it :')

i like evading the police

Variety between moving and immobile obstacles is good, but I think the barriers were too large, it limited what you could do much too much. Maybe with those a bit smaller, and police cars at different speeds, there could be some more variety.

I like the concept and dodging the roadblocks. Nice use of lighting. My best score was 31944.

It's a simple game but I had fun trying to challenge myself to last as long as possible. I think it fits the theme perfectly because you will inevitably get hit by a police car or run into a barrier. It's a good game for a challenge.

I did spawn into a barrier or the police cars spawned in a way there was no way to get past the barrier. However, I wasn't too worried about it and just restarted.

It is a bit simple right now. Just move the mouse to the right when the blue barier comes and then to the left again. However, the codebase is there now, with some tweaks you could make it really chellanging I think :D Some ideas:

- some policecars comming from behind trying to force you from the road
- powerups, like oil or smokescreen to throw those policecars off
- some bends in the road, or maybe seperating paths, where one will end up at a police station :laughing:

First of: a Compo, you have my respect.

the game itself is quite easy, but I got to an impasse, where the 2 slots were both occupied by police.
very fun, but the siren gets a bit tedious after a while.
Nonetheless, good entry.

Anyway, nice little game! I got a little tired after a while but it was fun until then. Also I agree, respect for going for Compo :wink:

Really simple game~ no that there is something wrong to it

Moving the mouse made me feel like I wasn't advancing and somethimes I couldn't do anything besides get caught

Overall I saw your intentions and for a COMPO this is just awesome Keep it going!!!!

A bit more detail would have been nice, but it's a compo, I guess maybe in the post-jam version! :D
By the way, I found a "hack": If I constantly go left and right, my car won't go forward, but my score would still increase. :smile:
