This is an amusing little game. I found the destruction physics on the objects nice. The controls were fine, though I really wish there was a mouse sensitivity option (it was *really* low for me).

The music and sound design worked for what they were, though it wasn't really my style and started to get a little grating. I also managed to softlock the game when Mom arrived back home by bringing up the pause menu. Whoops.

Despite that, I had fun with it.

Alto juego, me divertí mucho y está bueno para desquitarse. Me quedé sorda pero valió la pena. Le pongo 5/5 porque la foto de Dross me conquistó.

Clearly a joke game, but made with soul for sure! For me the best part is when gigachad music starts playing after touching the photo :D

It is a solid entry, I played some times and dont find nothing critical. the position of the hand/cursor at beginning make me a little confuse, but I handle that after play some times. Nice entry!

Es muy refrescante ver algo así en una Ludum con tantos memes puestos por ahí, la mecánica de la destrucción supongo que funcionaría un poco mejor marcandote lo que puedes destruir y lo que no (Y aún no tengo muy claro cual de los dos botones del ratón interactuaba con cosas, al final clickaba los dos varias veces cuando quería interactuar) pero para el tiempo de una JAM y la cantidad de cosas que habéis metido (Y la cantidad de gente que sois en el equipo!) está muy bien. Enhorabuena!

The game seems a bit weird to me. You want your mother not to be angry with you so... You destroy everything in the house? If i was the mother i would become even angrier because of that. Also 1 more thing, if you are adding something like volume control to your game, then do not make random jumpscares like in the ending of the game - instead of reading the text and gettijng even the smallest bit of history contained there i just dropped my headphones and tried to exit the game.... which was impossible because it just froze up and i was still left with random, unnecessary screams, had to close the game with the task manager

@matif100 Just in the introduction of the game, as well as in the ludum and itch.io pages you can find the synopsis of the game ^^. In it, it tells you that the idea is not to make your mother calm down, but to make her even more angry, making excuses and then make her forget about your bad grades ^^ that's the point of the game. Inevitably she will get angry, because that was the theme of the jam. Thanks a lot for the feedback!

hahah, this is the first entry that actually made me laugh out loud, good job! the meme level when at the end is off the charts. might this be based on some irl experience from someone on the team? anyways for some quick feed back the UI does not work properly on my ultra-wide (not that is matters for me), other than that you did a really good job! thanks for the game.

OMG that was hilarious, thank you for that little experience :D I loved the humor to the very end and the take on the theme was amusing as well! Great job!

A game where you avoid being unfairly beaten up for bad grades by giving mom excuses to beat you up even more... I guess? (not that beating up own children can be excusable in the first place, barring extreme cases like self-defense and such)

Anyway, it took me a while to actually complete the game - in part because the punch animation is offset in relation to the actual targeting. Hint for the future players - *you need to aim your cursor at the items, not try to aim your punch animation*. Other than that, the goofy premise is pretty enjoyable (as long as it doesn't hit too close home, I guess).

One particular glitch that caught my attention - if there are multiple dialogue lines scheduled to be typed out, they start interleaving with one another which leads to some really weird words, kliinkde tohfi s.

@alphish Hii thank you for playing!! Yup! it happens when you press the dialogs too fast and it is the only one bug that we couldn't fix sadly :(
