Lol nice one, felt easy at first but really it really increased in the difficulty. You managed to create a lot of different faces as well which was nice.
Good job!

Cool concept, I can definitely see this evolving into a fully fledged game. One thing I would suggest would be some kind of positive / negative feedback when the player chooses the face, just to give a bit more impact for the decision. You could even add some kind of visual or audio cue to indicate you're disastrously close to running out of time. Overall fun game!

(Is that a live leaderboard? If so that's awesome :P)

Great use of the theme!

When I started I thought to myself "hmm, this is fairly easy, I could probably do this forever....". It took me a second to realize that that was the point!

Cute arcade style matching game!! Simple but it truthfully made me yell out loud at 4am LMAO...

Harder than it seems on first glance! Got to 39 after a few tries.

I love the music as well!

This is an interesting concept! The art was pretty cool! Not sure if it's my "face blindness" or just me being bad, but I only got to 17 after a few attempts :laughing:

@heremeus some of the differences are VERY subtle, so you need a few rounds to kind of just "see" them instead of "watching" them :D

Fun little matching game :D It started out a little unclear how it would progress but this did a really good job of scaling the difficulty with the choices of face differences. Great work!

Nice iteration of the 7 mistakes game! I only managed to get to 36 but it was cool. Some of them are pretty hard with the timer! Well done!

I love love love the aesthetics! The art is so simple but looks so slick and unique. The music synced up with my clicks and it was really cool. I also love your choice of faces and the little references. Global leaderboards would indeed be cool. Liked it overall!

It probably helped that I saw this played on stream before, but still... ;)

I love the way it slowly ramps up the difficulty, first by making the faces more and more complex, then by introducing non-faces and familiar looking images to throw you off.

And for a game about a beast trying to literally steal your face, the art style is really cute. I also really like the background music, though it makes me feel more like it's a friendly game evening rather than me fighting for my survival. ;)

I played your game on stream today. It was really fun. Fast fun. The faces were really cool. It was great to spot some actors, historical figures and especially meme characters. As we talked, it would fare well on mobiles but I understand it takes a bit more time :) Good job!

This was a solid experience, easy to understand and fun to play through! The later pictures got a bit more difficult which added to the difficulty curve. Great submission!

I'm so bad at games like these but I still had fun haha! I like how easy it was to understand and really get going. The difficulty curve felt just right too!

Loved it! Such a simple concept, yet I played way too much because of the leaderboard. Tho, it was a local one for me, it did help me to see my progression hahaha. Got 7130 points!
