The wilderness is merciless. The cold, the darkness, and the bloodthirsty beasts care nothing about your survival. But if you can keep the flame alive, you might be able to survive for just a little bit longer...

Stay Safe is a top-down action/survival game about staying alive in the wilderness. Your only hope is the fireplace that keeps you warm and healthy while keeping predators away. Collect whatever fuel you can find and put it on the fire to prolong your stay.

Controls:
[WASD] or [Right Mouse Button] to walk
[Space] to dash
[E] or [Left Mouse Button] to pick up and drop firewood

How to play:
Collect firewood

Put firewood on the fireplace

Avoid dangerous predators

They will hunt you

Nice pixel art graphics, and I like the concept of keeping the fire lit to keep the character healthy. This is a great foundation! I would say your next step would be to introduce some challenge to the player and a way to overcome that challenge. Maybe there's weapons or treasure in the darkness which prompts the player to explore away from the fire. Or the player could be rewarded somehow by feeding more wood into the fire. Great start, I can see this developing into a fun game! :)

really nice and relaxed game. Its super simple and easy to play, id love to see what could be added if you had more time.

Wish there was some scoring system, at least to see how long I've survived. The enemies are all a little too easy to escape from and the sticks are always readily available. Never felt like I was in any danger and didn't feel like playing more than a few minutes since there was no score to beat or anything.
