You are a little soul that was sent to Hell by mistake, unfortunately, it seems that the devil will not let you go without a fight !
Every Ten Seconds he will spawn portals and minions, as well as destroying the Arena.
But you are not alone !
God himself is paying attention to the fight and will regenerate some of the tiles that were lost before, as well as giving you power-ups to beat the Devil as well as giving you a different weapon every Ten Seconds !
I was alone when making this game, this is my second Ludum Dare and this was an absolute blast !!!!

Very fun! The particles and boss were really cool! I was a little confused about the UI at the start but other than that it was great!

In terms of graphics and sound, this was really solid! The gameplay itself could stand to benefit from a few QoL tweaks, though: there's no on-screen timer for powerup duration (that I noticed, anyway), so there's no indication how much grace period the angel wings (arguably the most important item on offer) give you. I kept dying because the wings gave out sooner than I expected! ^_^;

It's a good game, the battle reminds me of the Binding of Isaac. I couldn't beat the boss though, it was a bit too hard to my liking. I think there simply was too much tiles going down to be able to keep up with it, even with the powerups. It could use some gameplay balance but it's still a decent experience !

Beat the boss. Had fun. Wish the controls felt a little tighter. Also, HUD was a little messed up on a 21:9 monitor, but that true for lots of games. Nice work.
