To move hold the left mouse button and point where you want to go. You can use the small dead zone around the tank to only rotate the turret.
Weapons fire automaticly, upgrades happen at certain amounts of kill points.
To fire the 'Sniper Cannon' (Upgrade 6) click the right mouse button. These shots do a lot more damage and penetrate through any blob.
