I usually don't like those kind of games (that's because i suck at them haha), but yours was so adorable i decided to give it a try ! I still suck at it, but at least i had fun trying haha.

Pretty impressive making so many short tracks in a weekend! This is very impressive, can't think of any major things that could have been better. The presentation is just fantastic, love the dancing jukebox and backgrounds.

really cool. the 10 seconds does make it so that i wanted to learn the patterns and not give up and it's awesome that there are 24 songs and not just 2 or 3

The best game I've played so far! Very funny and the music is spectacular! It has all kinds of details, a very well-round game. Didn't give you time to Compo? Because it would have been even more spectacular. Outstanding game!

A nice burst of fun and feels polished, it goes well with the 10 second limit. Only thing I wished for was a little extra feedback when hitting a note, maybe a higher contrast fill or scale it up a bit for example, but it didn't detract from the fun

That's awesome! I love rhythm games, and this is such a perfect way to adapt the theme and make in fun for short sessions!

This game truly feels as if chiptune, Dance Dance Revolution and pixel art had a little indie child - in that respect, it's very good. The amount of polish is perfect, the songs are brilliant despite only being 10 seconds long (a very creative way to mix in the jam's challenge), and the visuals are lovely. I particularly love the backgrounds - they keep the game feeling fresh, and remind me a little of Earthbound's trippy battles. Whilst being able to get to the end feels like a real challenge, it's an achievement once you get there, though at points when playing again, I could mash all keys as fast as possible without any drawbacks, which takes a lot of the skill away. However, I loved playing through it properly, and I would happily come back for more of the Tiny Jukebox. Amazing game!

I'm too clumsy to play this game :D but that's just my problem. This game has great audio and very nice pixel art. And I enjoyed that.

I was a HUGE fan of DDR (we had a team with matching shirts) so you can imagine I loved to see your game. The art is great, also.

It is possible to smash all the keys at once and win the game. I think that was not intended?

I really appreciated all the little graphical flairs - the scrolling backgrounds, the explosion of pixels when you hit the note, the transitions between songs, the jukebox-esque lettering. Gave the game a very polished feel. And, of course, the music was great!

@wouter52 No it was not intended of course ^^ but i didn't know how to prevent this easily and didn't have that much to think about it. I'll make a post-jam version after the ratings end to prevent that! Thanks for noticing me!

Great implementation! The music worked great. I missed some feedback of when I did great or too bad, and I believe that having a way to increase your hearts when you're doing great would make the game more engaging, but it's a great entry congrats!

This is such a darling little game and a wonderful interpretation of the theme. I got a bit too hooked in trying to get more songs without dying haha, alas I am horrible at rhythm games but it was so fun to play and the cutest premise :)

A great length of game for a jam. Everything was well polished and the music was enjoyable, consistent in theme but varied enough to not get boring. Quite something!

Wow, that's pretty cool! I like how you didn't go overboard (or maybe you couldn't time wise?) on all the graphics and kept it fairly focused while giving the songs the most attention. It's deceptive cause it looks so simple, but the song writing probably took the most time. Great job!

Amazing game! The level of polish is really outstanding, the songs are great (even the little SFXs, like the typewriter for text, are just right) and the cute little jukebox is gorgeous. you did a really really good job man!

Cute graphics, nice music, and I _love_ me some rhythm games. But the timing windows are _punishing_! I've got a kind of cheap keyboard and just the squish of the keys is enough variability that I can barely clear anything despite being able to clear 17s in DDR. ^^()
