Try to survive by killing the undead. Harvest the flesh and upgrade your weapons. However, you can't do it while you're shooting, and shooting requires acceleration. You will have to choose between upgrade and power.

I am not sure to understand everything. I can shot one bullet only and can't find a way to reload the weapon. I don't know what I am doing wrong... The controls are smooth though, and the mood fits what you tried to do.
Hold down the shooting button to spin the barrels and gradually increase the rate of fire. Perhaps we did not write very clearly in the description. Thank you
