Fish Breeder Simulator

You play a software developer who has been retrenched and is trying to make a living breed fish from the small payout you got. You need to keep the electricity topped up with prepaid electricity while breeding and selling fish.

(You can buy electricity in the garage)

I'm not 100% finished with this, but I'll try to keep adding to it. Unfortunately I couldn't get much done for the actual jam due to unforeseen circumstances

This was a cute game with an interesting take on the theme. I think it has a super chill vibe, which is nice. The art style suits the type of game that it is as well :) I would say that having a power plug that ends the game right next to the fish buying/selling area is confusing. I assumed that was just the symbol for adding power to the prepaid electricity mechanic, but instead it pulled the plug and ended the game. (I would like to note that the restart button on the game over screen wouldn't work - I clicked it and it did nothing) It took me a moment to pay attention to the Aquarium/Garage area at the top of the screen, so at first I wasn't sure how to add electricity for a bit. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Thanks so much! It's actually a bug with the plug. I suspect it's because the game speed is still fast and so the fish die quickly, or maybe it's something I've missed.

I've updated it a bit and I think I need to make the Aquarium/Garage buttons look more like buttons.

A few people have mentioned not knowing where to buy power. My bad for not making it clearer.... you can click on Garage and load it there
