Fun game. It all comes very well together. The graphics, music and movements are on point (Maybe the movements could be improved a little). I second the previous comment, health bars would be useful.

22/22 and 22/22, the archers' persistence even in death almost ended my run but I made it through.

Very fun take on the theme, splitting it up into the killing and the harvesting. Felt very good to control, I always felt that I was in control and it was my fault when I lost health. I liked the 8 bit pixel art style, I think that worked well here. All the animations were fluid and I especially liked the sound effects, the one for scared villagers was the best, great job on that! Very well done!

Simple but charming graphics! It feels a bit clunky to play, but not that bad. Sounds are nice too.

I had a talent of jumping right into the projectiles of those archers, but that definitely was my fault. Otherwise a quite fun entry, which felt good to play even if the movement was a bit clunky at times. The attacking however felt very satisfying and made up for that. Well done!

Awesome game, lots of details in the animations and also like the fact that the archers are running away once they have fired their arrows.

Great game ! It has some nice castlevania/NES vibes, and the music and sfx helps to the mood too, it's really cool

The music is great, but i wish the loop was a little bit longer to bring more diversity. Nice entry anyways

So much fun, when enemies come back to life it's so cool! Took me by surprise! Congratulations, game complete! For JAM, theme and everything I liked a lot, the auditory feedback is very good, the cool effects and very interesting graphics, matching the ambiance. I would put that tube TV effect (old TVs) to make your game even more characteristic of the graphics era... here's the tip, but it's just a personal idea.

It was fun! The sound effect gave me good feedback of beating enemies. I also like the idea that reaching the edge of the area isn’t the end of the game and we can go backward with in a different situation.

Very nice game, with simple gameplay and retro graphics but filled with clever idea that make it interesting and nice to look all along the game.
I died on the way back on my first try, I wasn't used to the rigid gameplay (but it's ok as it's what give this game it's retro feel)

Very nice retro visuals and audio and especially the plot twist midway was great!
You managed to put quite a few different and interesting enemy behaviours in there and even though I had wished for a tiny bit more range on the attacks, I really enjoyed this one.
