After some minutes playing, the game removed all the players :(

I absolutely love the art style and I can't believe you got online multiplayer to work! Shame it's not finished, but what's there is very good. Well done!

There's a little bug. The game saays "nothing bites" even when I caught a fish. Congrats on the game!

The artwork is otherwise so great that the black void was a little offputting. Also I couldn't find any other fish than the first 3. I think the upgrades should be more fast-paced.

@kossnocorp yes i know. I think it's a bug due to replication but i don't now why

I levelled up until stuff became too expensive haha ^^ didn't realise there was multiplayer until right before I stopped when someone joined lol that was a really nice surprise

@hoeleboele Yes i would like to expand the idea, i was a bit ambitious for this game... I barely did half of what I wanted to do...

I love the art style. I wish the fish catching mechanic was more challanging (e.g. like in Startdew Valley).

The game looks great and the idea is pretty fun. A bit more gameplay would have been great. But overall I liked the game.

I absolutely love the design of the robot fishermen! The game doesn't seem to work at the moment... I have $9999 but I can't do anything. Can't wait to see how it turns out when it's finished!

really cool game. The allusion to Viva La dirt Leauge made me laugh a lot. Very cool idea. Unfortunately I didn't find (catch) the Dilalin and Madoli, but I was very surprised at the value of the very large fish. It was fun. Good job

@elflashor Yes maybe... But anyway I don't plan to add more "game" if you are talking about fishing mechanics.
But yes i would like to add more multiplayer mechanics, and some content around the core game. And more work on mood to make the activity of waiting more pleasant. This is closer to real fishing in my opinion. But maybe fishing isn't fun, at least not for everyone :D

Worked fine for me but I didn't get to see any other players unfortunately. Felt like the upgrades were pretty slow, and I was a bit disappointed the puddle didn't have cool secret fish, but everything worked and I liked the art style!

@fromage there are one secret fish in puddle :D but it's rare. Thanks for your feedback. I need to increase the odds of rare fish spawning.

The only one I couldn't find was the madoli. I love fishing games, and this one is really nice and chill! The one thing I really wanted was a meter to show how far my line was going to go. I upgraded the rod length too fast, and didn't have the strength to catch anything at the limit. Being able to judge when to let go to throw it closer would have been helpful.

yes thank you @tetrapteryx :) a cast charge bar is one of my next feature ! a bar or a telegraph on floor/water where the line will finished. Don't know which one is better for now. :)

@becher I really like the idea of indicating the distance on the water! It would be easier for the player that way than having to do the mental conversion between the bar and the max distance, so I think it depends on whether you want that to be more of a challenge.

@becher yeah! i didn't see the (online) part in the title so i was really confused when i saw another fisher, but it was still a cool experience :)

Really cool character design!

I was attracted by the graphics, but it seems that there is a problem in the game. The character suddenly disappeared each time I played... Hope you can solving this bug in the future.

Long ago I was like making a fishing game. I can play all afternoon. Well done!

@jumpirate very strange, I don't know why you have this problem :/ probably a replication bug as usual but when the server disconnects the client, your character does not disappear. Can you tell me on which browser you play, and if you have a vpn (I don't know if that can have an impact...)?

Very nice! I like the art and its a simple fishing mechanic(which is my preference). I think I would have liked shop costs to be alittle lower as it started to feel like I was grinding to see what I could catch with the upgrades instead of just having the fun I had at the start. Great job!

Amazing little fishing game here! I like every aspect of it. But looks like you didn't have time to fully polish the game. But I think the overall looks is pretty great still. It's a really great start! It does take quite a while to rack up enough fish/money for the upgrades past a certain point, but it's the start of something that could be even better with time. Nice art, would love some sound to go with it, too!
