This is The "Fruit" of my labor. I'm uploading this version just in case I don't have time to make changes before the deadline. In Lila's Garden you play as Lila and her friends. Your goal is to collect as many berries as you can by sneaking up on them before they go bad and pressing the space bar. Seems easy enough, but not all characters move how you would expect and only characters with the right shirt can collect each colored berry.
Controls:
- Arrow keys/W,A,S,D: move your characters
- space: collect berries
UPDATE:
- The game fits the screen now. Not tiny no more.
- Also I added my name to the title card because... :sweat_smile:.
- The web link should take you right to the game now instead of the download page.
I'm new to GameJolt and didn't bother to test the HTML build in editor before uploading. My bad. Rookie mistake.
Hopefully I can fix the menu music that's currently not playing until after the game ends, and maybe get some menu art in too.
After that maybe difficulty tuning too, but that's a stretch.
