The Feudal in the Rye

At the start, I did not see the whole screen because it did not seem to fit the browser or my small screen. It took me a little bit of time to understand what I should be doing. I might have benefited of less enemies at the start. I had the feeling they became a lot quite quickly.

It takes me a little while to figure out how to play controls (you are probably working on the description ;p). And I realize that 100 coins is not the limit of my money but only the final objectif (yeah I spend lots of money buying mans and new buildings, I even think of buying some building that collect coins for me, so that I dont need to run across my differents houses; and buying heals - my knight has only very few HP at the end). Enjoyed it!

super nice mechanics!!! tower defense x vampire survivors x idle games, I enjoyed a lot balancing the economy / towers / army!

this is a sweet idea that can be nicely developed further.

i did not encounter any issues and I learned the game as I played without issues.

i liked a lot the difficulty pacing - some calmer periods and then more HARD CORE

would be great to see the HP of player structures to know how much more they can resist.

Super addicting once you grasp the initial mechanics, had a lot of fun!

Super fun! I can see inspirations from games like Warcraft and Tooth and Tail! I did find a bug where I was able to upgrade the buildings ad infinitum without having the gold resources. Outside of that I can see this being a really addicting game!

Very enjoyable game, although I did feel the difficulty curve was a bit steep (but I might just be rubbish at playing it).

Great strategy, hard enough to win.

Really hard to play because the towers were useless (at least for me) and you have to collect everything by hand.
Otherwise well done!

Super fun! Controls could've been more fluid, but it was really enjoyable until I got overrun by hordes of enemies. Great graphics.

this game's difficulty is mind blowing...!!I don't even know how to start the game! I had to sweat hard to find it. This would be a great replacement for clash of clans... if it is not in pixel art..

I like the blend between a tower defense and a clicker game. The harvesting aspect didn't pop out as well, but I can see it in there :wink:

Seems like it would be a great game, but didn't work well for me on a MacBook, even in fullscreen I couldn't see the interface. (Tried Safari and Firefox) I love the idea, and the artwork though.

@plexsoup I'm so sorry, I didn't have time to test game on different resolutions before the event end and it works only in 1920x1080 :cry: But anyway thank you for the kind words!

At first I was confused by the combat, but i quickly learned that I had to be idle to attack and I think that was a good choice, making the gameplay a bit more focused on the managing then button mashing. That art itself was also super nice! Good work~

I loved this! The art is adorable, and the gameplay is addictive, especially after you've died a few times and start getting the hang of it. Perfect length, perfect difficulty, and really fun.

Overall a delightful game. Wasn't able to use the F key to bring up the menu in the webgl version for some reason. Great game loop and so much fun to play. The art work is wonderful and I immediately fell in love with it. Fantastic work!

Fantastic sense of mood from beautiful pixel art and music! This game is really fun to play around in, and I like how quickly things get moving after you build a few houses and towers. The animations are perfect, and the upgrades and villager/army system adds a lot. I'm not very good at surviving for long, but I love the aesthetic and would be very happy to see more of this one, if you decide to expand it!

This is good! There's a really solid gameplay loop here with great visuals to support it. Some things were a little unclear to me (what do fields actually do aside from get in the way of new buildings??) and there's plenty of scope to add UI polish, but otherwise it was a fun little experience.

@squimmy Thanks for the feedback! The number of fields determines the money the village earns. We didn't have time to fully explain this mechanics

Lovely art! Might have been nice if the ramp up was a bit faster, it took some time to get going.
