Kill vegetables to raise enough money to save your Grandad's farm. The catch is you only have 3 days! Sell veggies at the shop and buy some hearts if you need to. Try to have as much gold left at the end of the 3 days.
When you are ready to start harvesting, leave the safety of town and venture out into the field. Once in the wilderness, watch out for viscous tomatoes, carrots, and stalks of corn. Each veggie sells for a different amount of gold. The prices vary each day so it might be best to save up your hard-earned harvest. However, if you lose all your hearts during the harvest its game over.
