Xenorp Replacement Surgery

You have been tasked by the US government to perform alien surgery. They want to *harvest* an alien organ for study. This means transplanting it with whatever random junk you have at your disposal.

There's only one problem: You flunked astrobiology.

With zero guidance and the threat of galactic war if you fail, you must perform the transplant while keeping the alien alive.
