You have to include entire folder created after build, not just exe file. Usually it contains:

(folder)MonoBleedingEdge

(folder)projectName_Data

(file)UnityCrashHandler64.exe

(file)UnityPlayer.dll

(file)projectName.exe ---- this one you've included

Usually people just create zip-archive of that folder.

I'm getting an error that it's missing the UnityPlayer.dll, not sure if that's on my end on yours, just wanted to let you know.
