Cleopatra's Pizza

Using her smartphone, Cleopatra ordered a pizza (did you know that Cleopatra lived closer to the invention of the smartphone than to the building of pyramids?).
The delevery boi of the Pizza Time company warms up his time machine and runs to make the delivery.
Unfortunately his time machine breaks leaving him stuck in an infinite time loop, condemned to indefinitely run among the ruins of ancient Egypt to deliver the precious pizza.
