Haha very interesting take on the theme.

Darkest game of Operation I've ever played. A lot of good elements going on in this one. I'm impressed. I like how it looked! A lot of great art.

I like all the different components. Unfortunately, it's pretty unplayable with a trackpad :slight_frown:

the concept and pun on de-liver was a lot of fun and the gameplay loop was understandable and satisfying

Really fun take on the theme! Looks great and plays great. If I had one tiny issue it's that the dithering on the organs makes the real path a little hard to see sometimes. All the same - amazing work!

Love it when developers puns the theme :) Fun little operation game.

You managed to keep me playing multiple rounds - not just because the game plays very nice, but also because of the random encounters and interesting/funny failure states one can get into :smile:
Twisting the theme name to make a game about organ harvesting definitely is a thing of questionable beauty :wink:

Welp got busted by cops and somehow reptilians exist :smile: Great feel of progression with better tools. Art style seems to hint towards the 2000's so it feels very familiar. Very cool entry, well done.

Great unique take on the theme, and the core mechanic was really fun to get the hang of. The outlines could have maybe been a bit higher resolution, because often I was hitting pixels that were barely even visible. It was nice though to earn more money for a perfect cut.

It was also funny when I got a reptile body, but a little annoying to instantly lose when I had a good run going. It could have been less harsh to just make that body worthless instead, or any type of penalty other than a game over.

Overall a great and fun game with a nice upgrade system!

Not a bad game, it didn't get me hooked. I got a little tired. But well done, good job. To dilute the gameplay with something else. Thanks for this project

Loved this, great interpretation on the theme and pretty funny. I think collision coulda been a bit more clear with the scissors but with the scalpel I was slicing people up like a pro

"Those livers are about to be de" is a great tagline. I love a good pun game, and I loved the little surprises, like accidentally kidnapping a cyborg or selling to an undercover cop! I wish joining the line at the end of the cutting had been _slightly_ more forgiving, but once I got the hang of it (and wasn't using scissors) it wasn't a major issue.

I can't figure out how to play... No matter where I try to cut, the screen immediately turns red gives me a message about how the cut was terrible.

Cool take on the theme. I got a bit unlucky during hunting though. Why do they always run so fast :D

Very cool idea from de-liver! I initially tried to cut around the whole area until I realized that I was to cut on the white, then I was fine. I really like this idea for surgeon gameplay and I think with a few additional mechanics it could very easily hold my interest longer. You delivered a unique surgical game!

Really good entry! Loss after loss, i kept coming back to play more :D I thought it was really clever that the knife upgrades shrank the organs, thats a really good way of making it easier within the existing systems
