Backstory:

Disruptive Shipping Services LLC is hiring you. Our company believes in extremely fast shipping is the key to solving the world's problems. With your help, we believe that parcels can be delivered any and everywhere quickly and reliably.

Tutorial:

Place the brown boxes; using the left mouse button; into one of the areas indicated with a green box. For example, the image above shows one of these areas.
You can use any physics object to break holes, including the boxes. Your only goal is to get all of the boxes into the green areas as fast as possible.

Note:

There is no escape menu; if you win a level you can escape by going back to the main menu, else you have use Alt-F4. Sorry for the inconvenience.
