This is my submission for the 53th edition of the Ludum Dare Game Jam. The application is made in C with the SDL2 graphics library. Furthermore, the application links with SDL2_image and SDL2_ttf. The goal of the game is to deliver packets of stuff on your very own nimbus cloud. The people are waiting for their deliveries! There might be a few annoying birds that are minding their own business. Try to avoid them!

To play the game, the following keys bindings are used:
- up arrow ↑ to move up.
- down arrow ↓ to move down.
- space to throw a packet.

Aseprite was used for the sprites.
Tools: Aseprite, SDL

Oh shoot I forgot to add it somehow. I uploaded the .dll in the github repository.

It says "not found" when downloading the zip?

For me it also says "Not found" when trying to download the ZIP, so instead I cloned the github repo and the game compiled without any problems, so kudos for that :) Great to see people using SDL2 as well.

Not much to say about the game, it nice and self-contained. Some more visual & sound effects would help, e.g. when the package is received or when the player gets damaged by the birds.

By the way, in many cases there is no way to escape the birds, which was a bit disappointing. I can see two solutions to this: either tweak the bird spawning algorithm to guarantee there are safe spots to travel through, or add some healing collectibles on the way.

@lisyarus thanks for the feedback. It seems I cannot upload a new zip with the correct .dll file. So for now I suggest people to download the SDL.dll from the github repository.

Looks neat, but I can't download the file. Other LDJam.com uploads work for me. It just launches a new browser tab and nothing downloads.
