Pizza Boss Rush 9000

This was so much fun! Especially getting combos felt good. The boss' moveset reminded me of Rudy the Clown from Wario Land 3 which is a good thing.

That's one furious boss right there.

Although it is quite open interpretation of the theme, the boss fight feels so good and polished. Love the details of screen shake and the screen filter gives it nice vibes. Great job done

+ When the boss was on the ground I managed to bounce the box off of him and catch it generating combo and doing damage in short amount of time with a simple attack spam technique.
+ I feel like sometimes when I was moving towards the sweeping hand the character would go through it and not get hit.
+ I had some problem with distinguishing the hand slam and hand sweep attacks since they started of the same, so it might be a good idea to have a differentiating signal (like coming down slower with an arc rather than straight down)
+ Sometimes the character would throw the box in the opposite direction (I think especially after catching the box)
+ It would be nice to see max combo on defeat screen as well (I was concentrating on combo and missed his attack, and then wanted to check how high I got but it wasn't there)
+ I feel like one presses the retry button a lot, so if a player is retrying I think the death animation could be shortened (by the amount of retry s) to get back into the game
+ Loved the graphics

Brilliant! Just what I expected, boss was the right level difficulty which is hard to pull off, box sometimes got stuck on top of the hands, and I had to wait until they moved to get it back, but apart from that it's a great boss fight, great work.

The game is pretty fun, but sometimes you can die out of nowhere, and it's really annoying, also some attacks indications are barely noticeable, like that laser attack.

Also, I don't know why there is an hard mode, since I barely see any difference.

Awesome one! it's very responsive and the gfx are very neatly done! Fun & simple to play and hard to master~ Aesthetics were very fitting and really polished, splendid work overall! :)

There are so many ways to die and this kinda reminds me the game called "dumb ways to die". I really enjoyed your game and your stream while making it, congrats :clap:

Throwing the pizza box to bounce off the walls onto the boss is a super fun mechanic and I love the juice of the game. I finally beat the boss after a good few tries, though I haven't tried hard mode yet, haha. Really cool

Engaging music and SFX. I have no clue how you managed to put this much polish in the given time. I like that a simple pizza box can be used for attack, defense from bullets for ex and combos. The time between restarts could be a bit smaller. Given that I rarely play this genre I enjoyed it a lot!

It's a lot of fun. Really like the graphics, the music, and the professional game juice.

Maaan, the level of polish is insanely good, the screen shakes, sounds, particles, top notch. Liked the game a lot and struggled even in regular mode. Great job, got nothing to add but praises!
