I really like tower defence games, this one did a good job, I wish the drones movement was a bit faster and the towers fired more often, good job anyway

It was nice to see a variation on the theme where you have to stop a delivery instead of doing one. The music and graphics were also awesome

As a sucker for tower defence games, I really enjoyed this and spent too much time on it.
I guess this was a reverse delivery?

Very nice nostalgic game. I always liked tower defence games, and like the retro art and the twist you give it by letting the enemies carrying packages. Maybe you could give the player some preperation time before the enemy waves come in so you can make it a bit more stragistic. Very well done!

Nice tower defense game. I really liked the idea of bomb boxes, using enemy drops to kill another enemies is something I've never seen before in other defense games so far. Wish it was used more often. Also I liked the color palette here, it gives nice retro feeling.
I felt the game speed was kinda slow tho, even with turbo mode. Wish this game had more options regarding speed. But still, nice job!

Shiiit I couldn't finish the last leveeeeelll after 2 hours on it :rofl:
So just one comment, a big missing feature for me was that there was no way to stop a level once you knew you had lost, which made it very tedious to wait for the level to finish to try it again (maybe there's a way that I missed).
Also I think the slow down towers didn't work for me? And from the circle of death lvl and onwards I found the thunder towers to be a bit useless? (maybe I just didn't find the right strategy though) I also pretty much only used selling to beat the boss in lvl 5, by selling my towers as it progressed, which I don't know if it was intended x)
Anyway I really love tower defenses, I found this one to be quite fun, and quite polished! I liked the variety in the boxes, it added some extra level of strategy (eg picking the crosses when at zero gold), and also that the drones kept on floating when the game is paused!

Awesome game! I like the art style, the UI was sometimes a bit hard to work with. Like it would place a turret automatically when I didn't want it to. But I got pretty far! And it had a nice learning curve like how I should spend my money. The music and sound effects were very nice as well. I really like that you're like stealing the drones packages, that just sounds like a fun idea and you executed it well. Really nice game man, well done!

Great tower defense game, easy to pick up. The art style is unified and natural, and it looks very comfortable. The 8-bit style of the background music fits the game's art style very well. I noticed that there are various types of enemies, but most of them are very tough! It's hard to destroy them, or maybe I haven't fully grasped the game yet. The ability to upgrade defense towers is also great. Thank you to the development team for bringing me such a wonderful experience. Do you plan to continue updating this game in the future? I really hope to play more levels!

@yuriscat We had planned an endless mode with terrain generation but missed ~1 hour in the end to finish the feature (isn't it always like that??) :grin: You can follow me on itch to be notified about a post-jam release!

Well done! Not many developers of retro-styled games pay attention to fonts. But you have them well and wholesomely selected. Very pleasing to the eye! 5/5 for GFX and Mood.

I think the audio glitched occasionally. Fun game! Just when I thought the $60 torrent is overpowered the swam of drones got me in the circle of death. Amazing game, thanks!

Clever theme interpretation and interesting TD.
But in my opinion, will be better if game speed will be bit quickly and towers will have some visual differences in towers different ranks.
