- Fixed error in tutorial where left hand pinky finger key was showing a ? instead of q
- reworded\ordered tutorial for clarity
- Fixed reference menu not being available after tutorial
- reduced idle finger wiggling for clarity on which fingers are down
- fixed right hand key rebinding going to the wrong finger
