Also, just trying to help you, I can create a Godot web build, but the LD version wouldn't work because of missing HTTP Headers. LD's embedding guide is also outdated. Perhaps that's the reason it's not working? My solution for that is uploading it to another place (in my case, I have my own server for that) or you could upload it to itch.io (make sure to check "SharedArrayBuffer support")

pixel art is so cute, love it!! we also made a duck game for the comp :) but in our case the duck is summoning other animals haha

Cute art! Music is kinda ehhhh. Gameplay is obviously built to summon ducks - which it does flawlessly - so I can't really dock points for that. There might be potential in a duck themed clicker game. Thank you for your game! :heart:

I'm not gonna download a game here, but my build works on itch.io (using godot, compatibility mode), while not here. So maybe that could work for you, too? Sorry, if you already tried that, like 20 times :D

Once it hits 300, my laptop starts to struggle.

I didn't know it, but summoning ducks is really addictive!

@milq same for me, that's probably because each duck is a whole new object in Godot's system, it can definitely be improved!

TOO CUTE! The adorable music is lovely and the little duck hordes are cute and nice to play around with.

at 500 its started to lag a bit. at 700: some serious duck tunnelling starts to appear. at 1000: the universe collapses.

Brings me flashbacks. If you changed the mouse cursor to a bag with food, then it would be just like in real life!

Super smooth flocking system, loved the touch that they follow the direction of the mouse if they are to the left or the right of it! Would have appreciated to keep the space bar pressed instead of multiple clicks.

All hail the duck swarm! I don't know why this is fun but it is. I like that you can control the movement of the ducks.

Need more duuuucks! I especially enjoyed their incredibly synchronized wiggles. They're so disciplined!

I summoned 3210 ducks, 10/10. I'm still not convinced there isn't a secret ending. The only feedback I have is to change the color of the duck counter 👍

This is a game. It's about summoning ducks. I love it?
All jokes aside, the duck sprite is so cute and it is so satisfying to have a whole screen full of ducks. It would be cool if the ducks could actually do something like mow the lawn or something like that when they step on it. Or even something that you have to navigate them through some maze with hazards. But instead this is just a game of spawning ducks and that's great! This is a great example of something with a small scope but still with an awesome result, good job!

My 436th duck was my favorite.

It was cute, music was pleasant too :) I think minor thing that would've added more polish would be making the flip animation smoother. Randomizing the flip speed would've given more variety too! Maybe shades of new ducks?! So many possibilities!!!

not that much gameplay, but expected since you had so little time, cute pixel art, the music was cool, anyway the only feedback ill give are maybe particles, some more juice, other than that this is a pretty cool game!

Great job! Love to see other Godot games! I managed to get my html export working on LDJam (was using Godot 3.5.2 stable) and followed the guide from LDJam where it said to search for the "in navigator" and replace that whole thing with "false" in (I think) it was 3 places in your index.js file. But it seems like you got it working, so that's awesome!

This is actually pretty delightful and relaxing. There is something therapeutic about summoning ducks with a click and having a throng of them follow your cursor around. I just wish you would have had time to add some sound. Very cute

@fatal-exit completely understand! I messed up in the DAW and was running low on minutes so I ended up cutting the track in Audacity and it came out so bad 🐸

Loved to spawn duck, it was really enjoyable. Maybe some rare encounter would have been a plus. (Like one duck over 100 with a little hat, or anything like this). Stopped to spawn after 300 duck, as the screen was full :3
