A short PlayDate Pulp game with nine (9) unique enough endings!
Your roommate's girlfriend is hosting a garden party this afternoon and your roommate has requested you be normal. Please please be normal.
If you have a PlayDate, you can sideload the game.
1. Download the Playdate zip file
2. Log in to https://play.date/
3. Go to https://play.date/account/sideload/
4. Drag the zip file into the "choose a file" zone
5. On your device, go to settings > games
6. Wait for it to refresh the list
7. Download the game to the device
For streamers with PlayDates: If you wish to stream or record but play it on actual hardware, you can use https://play.date/mirror/ and a USB cable to mirror the device to your computer screen. If you go to the audio menu and disable the playdate audio and turn on the mirror audio, you can capture the sound through your system audio.
No device needed, but I recommend a mouse with a scroll wheel.

3. Go to https://play.date/dev/#cardPulp and "Try Pulp now"
4. Click "Import" on the left sidebar
5. Select the json file, and confirm you wish to override the empty default game
6. Click play on the left sidebar
7. After you have it running, click the down caret button to the right of the volume bar and uncheck "docked" to activate the crank (scrollwheel)
- Crank - Crank your shoulder because it hurts so much
- A - title screen menu, interact with someone again, dialog boxes
- B - cancel out of menus
- d-pad - navigate, menuing
Webplayer:
- a and s keys map to B and A buttons
- Arrow keys map to d-pad
- Expand the menu next to the volume bar to access the crank. Uncheck "docked".
- Mouse wheel maps to crank
- ~~DEVICE ONLY: There seemed to be a crash on one ending.~~

- Missing "'s" in the exorcism ending
- If you talk to the roommate to get the be normal ending, he says the wrong thing but you get the credit. (You can get the right blurb by not talking to him and just waiting for a few seconds.)
- ~~RM's GF's comment about aging is supposed to hurt your shoulder.~~ (Worked the whole time, I imagined it.)
- One dialog option on the ~~mom and~~ dad is too long.

- More variety in walls

- Either morning front lawn rabbits should carry over to the afternoon front lawn, or your roommate and his girlfriend should comment on getting rid of them. (I hadn't decided between these two and then completely forgot.)
- Better dialog window placement
- Remap doors to place you in front of the door in the next room so you can go back to the previous room easier
- The "s" in the in-game font is a little hard to read. Either pick a different font or just fix the s.
