Developed for Ludum Dare 55 Jam, Necromantic Duel is a local two-player game that uses dice.
In this game, you push your dice into a 4x4 grid. To cast a necromancy spell, you need to align at least three same symbols connected in a line.
Before you push the dice, you can use your necrotic energy to re-roll all your dice if you wish to change their symbols. The dice that get pushed out will be in your hand for the next turn.
- Bone-a-Rama:Summon a skeleton to your battlefield (skeleton count +1).
- Cutting-Nails:Your skeleton's minimum or maximum attack increases by 1.
- Without-Chivalry:Perform an additional attack.
- Calcium-Tablet:Your skeleton's HP+5; if the skeleton's HP is full, its maximum HP +1.
- Epic-Spell-Slot: Gain an extra die. You can have a maximum of 5 dice; if you already have 5 dice, immediately attack the opponent's skeletons, dealing 5 damage.
A shard of divinity, once lost to the mortal realm, now promises rebirth beyond the confines of flesh.
In their quest for ascension, two liches engage in a titanic struggle for supremacy.
Summon skeletons, vanquish your adversary, and rise to godhood.
