Fig the Fox

Loved the music in this one! Would have loved to hear some SFX for the attacks and jumping.

A little rough around the edges, but a competent game. Things are a little small for me, though. Overall a good entry!

The fox sprite looks amazing, and the music is really well done!

I found the jump a little inconsistent, sometimes it didn't seem to want to jump which made some parts a little frustrating.

- wish the fireball was more firey colored
- love the lil guy
- fox sprite and animations look great
- would like volume control on the music + sfx on kills or getting hit

Great art, the dash feels good. Those first blocks are weirdly hard to jump onto :P With a little polish it is a winner.

Wow love the art - some weird issues iwth collisions and detecting hits on enemies. But the fox sprite is just outstanding! Well done :)

The game needs some SFX to feel complete, and while the visuals are very basic, the main character is really well animated. The gameplay is fairly standard for a platformer, but I enjoyed how the little yellow creatures provide a unique challenge, and how the skills come from tiny creatures. The music, however, is amazing, definitely my favorite part of the game. Despite its flaws, I felt a real sense of accomplishment once I finished the game, and it was nice to see that the creatures who helped you got a happy ending!

Great design, great feel, OUTSTANDING music, nice grafics, nice 90’s feel - good job! After a while it got repetitive, but maybe because I was bad with the controls :)

Short, but sweet

Could use some polish, but kudos to you for making all the art yourself, the fox sprite looks quite nice.

The gameplay is relatively basic but I like the idea of unlocking new abilities as you meet lil' guys.

With the awesome art and music, this is one super cool fox! :fox: The movement is nice and smooth, so it's also very enjoyable to play.

That turn animation is so nice, i just like looking at it, and the music is a vibe!! The platforming is a bit lacking though, had to redo it quite a bit because of the jumping. The ending sequence got a laugh out of me :D

The music was fantastic, and the concept is solid—overall, it was really fun to play! My only issue was with the platform jumping, which felt unforgiving. I’d recommend adding 'coyote time' to make the jumps more forgiving. I think it would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, good work, that's a solid entry!

Just goin' through hell with my lil guy, you know how it is. I do think that this could use a couple quality of life touches but otherwise it's a solid game!

The physics/movement is a bit janky, but otherwise fun game. The music is good, though maybe a bit loud.

I really like the music and overall humor of Fig and Big Guy's journey together! I was very close to running out of health by the end... but I persevered! The shift "dash" and double jump were a little hard to control, but I enjoyed the progression throughout the level. Nice job!
